Tang Chu, a 10-year-old Chinese boy, takes his cartoons so seriously that he almost committed murder over them.

Liu Mai, an apartment worker in Guizhou, China, was hard at work drilling security lights to the exterior of an apartment high-rise when he suddenly felt his ropes being cut.

Liu looked up to see Tang leaning out the window with a knife. Only one rope was left between a petrified Liu and an 80 foot drop. Luckily, Liu's coworkers rushed in and spent 40 minutes pulling the workman up to safety.

Tang told his father that he tried to cut the harness because the noise of Liu's drill was disrupting his cartoon programs.

Since the incident, Tangs father purchased a new harness for Liu and looked into anger management classes for his young son.

Tang has reportedly apologized to Liu, as well.
