The routine of a football team running through a banner
has always been straightforward.
The cheerleaders hold up the ridiculously long sheet of paper horizontally, the captain leads the team running toward it, the paper shreds and the crowd cheers. It's always been a pre-game, or in this case, post-game formality, until now.
After their first home football game, the Wallkill Mighty Mites of New York just couldn't break through their own banner, which might've been embarrassing for them, but undoubtedly funny for us.
