Well, LeBron James did say The Ohio State University would have been the perfect college for him.
Though James forfeited his chance to play college ball to take the no. 1 pick status at the 2003 NBA Draft, the four-time league MVP might be able to fulfill one of the more interesting what ifs? through his son, LeBron James, Jr.
LeBron, Jr. is, as one might expect, a basketball prodigy.
Hes so good, in fact, that apparently Ohio State men's basketball head coach Thad Matta is already preparing to recruit him in the future.
And the most interesting aspect in this (probably) way-too-early story? LeBron, Jr. becoming a Buckeye and representing the university of the state with which his father (and really his whole family) has reignited a whole love affair is an entirely plausible idea.
But then again, it's still early.
