Montana State Player Delivers Most Vicious Hit Of Early 2015 Season

Montana State linebacker Mac Bignell -- which I have to say is a tremendous name for a linebacker -- has given us an early nominee for hit of the year on the first full night of the college football season.

In Montana State's opener on Thursday night against Ft. Lewis, Bignell absolutely destroyed a running back looping out of the backfield on a checkdown.

Just watch.

It's an absolutely vicious -- yet clean -- hit that completely decleated the back and caused an incompletion. Check out the other angle.

Bignell makes a tremendous break on the football, closing down a lot of space very quickly to deliver the perfectly timed hit. Ft. Lewis' quarterback probably owes his running back a dinner or something for floating that one up there and leading him into the impending doom that was Bignell.
